Opportunity brief

The Apprentice Project is hiring for Intern - HR

About the Company

We Want To Change The World. We Believe It Starts With Education. In India, 100 million children from low-income communities grow up without access to the 21st-century skills they need to thrive, from emotional intelligence and digital literacy to everyday money management. This gap leads to a lifetime of limited opportunity, intergenerational poverty, and rising mental health concerns.

What Are We Doing? At The Apprentice Project (TAP), we are on a mission to make education more equitable, effective, and future-ready for children in government and low-income schools across India. As we scale our impact, strong people systems are key to sustaining and deepening our work. The Human Resources function plays a vital role in strengthening TAP's culture, supporting recruitment and engagement, and ensuring that our people practices enable every team member to thrive. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations and talent acquisition — helping you learn how people systems power social impact in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.
