We don't just teach coding or financial literacy — we spark self-confidence, creativity, and lifelong curiosity in children who've been told to "stay in their lane." We're not looking for employees. Responsibilities

  • Support development and testing of coding activities, projects, worksheets, and learning resources.
  • Assist in creating instructional videos for coding activities and concepts.
  • Test coding activities and identify bugs, errors, or unclear instructions.
  • Support development of student-friendly examples and demonstrations.
  • Update curriculum trackers, sheets, and documentation.
  • Create and manage content links and organise resources on Google Drive and relevant platforms.
  • Support basic video recording, editing, formatting, and quality checks.
  • Support contextualisation of coding activities for students and different implementation settings.
  • Identify content gaps or issues and flag them to the Team Lead.
  • Support other routine curriculum and coordination tasks.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who enjoys coding, understands how to explain it simply, and is excited about helping children experience the logic and creativity that programming involves. You have basic coding knowledge and a problem-solving mindset. You're detail-oriented enough to catch a bug in an activity, patient enough to test it thoroughly, and organised enough to keep documentation clean and up to date. You don't need to be a senior developer — you need to care about making coding genuinely accessible to students who have never encountered it before. Basic programming and coding knowledge. Familiarity with platforms such as Scratch, block-based coding, Python, Arduino, or similar is an advantage. Ability to understand and troubleshoot basic code. Interest in STEM education and working with student learning content. Basic video and content creation skills are an advantage. Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Comfortable with Google Sheets, Google Drive, and digital tools. Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
