About the Company
TEAQUILA TEA is seeking a creative Graphic Designer to support the visual communication needs of a growing brand in the graphic design space. The role offers an opportunity to work on engaging brand assets and contribute to a consistent, polished visual identity across digital and offline channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative designs for social media, digital campaigns, marketing collateral, presentations, packaging, and other brand requirements.
- Translate briefs and ideas into clear, visually appealing concepts while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with marketing and internal stakeholders to understand objectives, incorporate feedback, and deliver work within agreed timelines.
- Prepare final artwork in suitable formats and maintain organized, editable design files and creative assets.
- Stay informed about current design trends and suggest fresh visual approaches that improve audience engagement.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in graphic design or a related creative role.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong layout, typography, color, composition, and visual storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in commonly used design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or comparable software.
- Good attention to detail, communication skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple assignments.
- Ability to work from the Delhi office and collaborate effectively with the team.
Compensation: ₹2.4 LPA annually. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity based in Delhi.
