About the Internship: This Talent Acquisition Internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate engagement, and hiring operations. From day one, interns will work on real hiring assignments, interact with candidates, and gain practical exposure to how startups build their teams. Responsibilities: Source and identify talent across startups and product companies. Screen candidates and assess their suitability for open roles. Engage with candidates and explain job opportunities. Coordinate interviews and support the end-to-end recruitment process. Work closely with hiring teams to ensure a smooth hiring experience. Contribute to recruitment activities and talent acquisition initiatives. Requirements: Candidates from all academic and professional backgrounds are welcome to apply. Prior experience in Sales, Operations, Customer Success, or Hospitality is an added advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational and coordination abilities.
