Responsibilities: Define clear role expectations focusing on paid media buying. Continuously optimize campaigns. Drive ROI/ROAS across a portfolio of client accounts. Set up campaigns in Meta Ads Manager. Conduct audience targeting and A/B tests on creatives/copy. Monitor daily budgets and KPIs (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS). Prepare weekly performance reports for individual clients. Requirements: Hands-on familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Meta Pixel. Strong analytical mindset to interpret data dashboards. Organizational skills to handle multiple client budgets without errors. Strong hunger to learn advanced paid scaling strategies.
