Suvihim Innovations Private Limited is a growing consumer technology startup helping local businesses reward customers and build lasting relationships. The Operations and Engagement Intern will work closely with the founder, supporting day-to-day execution, merchant and customer engagement, and thoughtful expansion into new cities.
Responsibilities
- Visit partner merchants and local stores to gather feedback, resolve platform usage issues, and guide shopkeepers and staff through product workflows.
- Speak with customers in person, by phone, and on WhatsApp to understand their experience and translate recurring feedback into practical product and service improvement ideas.
- Maintain weekly operating metrics, including active users, transactions, and merchant activity, using Excel or Google Sheets; summarize findings and recommend next steps.
- Plan and deliver local engagement campaigns, offers, and awareness activities in markets and colleges.
- Create clear Hindi and English customer and merchant resources, such as short guides, FAQs, and concise videos.
- Document recurring operational work as processes and checklists, and research nearby cities to help prepare market-entry plans.
Requirements
- Open to freshers interested in startup operations, customer engagement, and local business growth.
- Comfort communicating respectfully with customers, merchants, and shop staff in the field and through digital channels.
- Ability to organize information and track basic business data in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Clear written communication in Hindi and English, with curiosity, reliability, and a practical approach to solving everyday problems.
- Willingness to work from the Raipur location and collaborate directly with the founder during the three-month internship.
