Responsibilities Create engaging and innovative content for key social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. Produce and expertly edit reels, short videos, captivating posters, and compelling promotional content. Proactively identify and invite at least one artist, creator, or performer every working day to collaborate on exciting content for Stars N Celebs. Coordinate and execute impactful collaboration posts on Instagram whenever feasible. Build and nurture strong relationships with artists, colleges, clubs, societies, and strategic brand partners. Conduct thorough research on current trends, relevant hashtags, and fresh content ideas to continuously improve reach and engagement across all platforms. Track content performance rigorously and recommend data-driven improvements based on analytics. Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport and professional relationships. Comfortable and confident in reaching out to artists and creators through various channels including calls, messages, and social media. Basic proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, VN, or similar software. A solid understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn marketing strategies. Comfortable appearing in front of the camera to host, interview, or feature in videos as required. Creative, proactive, and eager to experiment with new content formats and ideas. Minimum one month duration, with a preference for three months. Immediate availability for joining.
