- TFS Finvesta is the Flagship Case Competition organised by The Finance Symposium (TFS), St. Xavier's College, Mumbai, bringing together ambitious students to tackle real-world business challenges and think beyond conventional solutions
- Finvesta puts participants in the shoes of business decision-makers, challenging them to navigate complex situations, identify the issues that truly matter, and make decisions that can shape an organisation's future. They need to find the right answer by building a practical, evidence-backed and commercially sound strategy and defending it with conviction.
- Participants will be expected to analyse the case from multiple perspectives, evaluate competing priorities, and translate their insights into implementable solutions. The final recommendations will be presented before a judging panel in a professional PowerPoint presentation, testing their storytelling ability to justify a decision under scrutiny.

- All rounds of the competition will be conducted online.
Eligibility and Rules:
- This competition is open to all college students studying in India.
- Each team must comprise of 1-4 members.
- A participant can only be part of 1 team.
- The Quiz round will be conducted Online.
- The Problem Statement (Cases) will only be given to the teams who are qualified post the Quiz round.
- Case Submission has to be done in PowerPoint or PDF format and submitted to Unstop. Post the PPT submission, there will be a screening and only qualified teams will proceed to the final round.
- The selected teams will move to the final round of presentation which will be conducted Online. The teams will have an opportunity to present before an esteemed panel of judges.
- The decision of the organising committee and judges will be final.
- Participants will be deemed to have accepted all competition rules upon registration.
- The organisers reserve the right to make minor changes to the competition structure, timelines or rules if necessary.
- All participants must maintain professionalism and respect towards other teams, judges, and organisers.
- Discriminatory, harassing, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the competition.
- Organisers reserve the right to modify rules and disqualify teams.
- All decisions by the jury and organising committee are final and binding.
- By participating, teams agree to abide by all rules and decisions.
