Quantum Solitaire

Description

• Quantum Solitaire is an individual challenge competition that combines logical reasoning, problem-solving, creativity, strategic thinking, and quantum-themed concepts.
• Participants will compete individually through a series of challenges inspired by quantum science, mathematics, technology, probability, and analytical reasoning. The challenges may include logic puzzles, probability problems, quantum-themed situations, pattern recognition, visual reasoning, analytical questions, and short decision-making tasks.
• The challenges will progress from accessible problems to more challenging tasks, testing participants' ability to understand unfamiliar problems, identify patterns, interpret clues, and develop solutions under time pressure.
• The competition is designed to encourage curiosity and independent problem-solving without requiring advanced knowledge of quantum computing.
• Duration: 60–120 minutes

Rules & Guidelines

• Quantum Solitaire is an individual participation event.
• Each participant is allowed one attempt.
• Participants must complete the challenges within the announced time limit.
• The competition will consist of multiple individual challenges with varying difficulty levels.
• Participants must carefully follow the instructions provided for each challenge.
• Answers must be submitted through the designated answer sheet or official digital submission mechanism.
• Participants may not use unauthorized external resources, including search engines, AI tools, notes, books, or assistance from other participants.
• Mobile phones and other electronic devices may be used only if explicitly permitted by the organizing team.
• Participants must not communicate answers to other participants during the competition.
• Organizers may provide clarification about the wording of a question but will not provide hints that reveal the solution.
• Responses submitted after the official deadline will not be considered.
• Points will be awarded according to the official scoring system.
• In case of equal scores, the published tie-break mechanism will be applied.
• Any form of malpractice may result in disqualification.
• The decision of the organizing committee regarding scoring, eligibility, and final results will be final.
