Roles and Responsibilities: Conduct user research using platforms like Lookback to gather qualitative feedback and insights. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify key pain points and opportunities for product improvement. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and prioritize product features. Assist in the design and prototyping of new product functionalities. Develop and maintain clear and concise documentation for product specifications and user guides. Communicate research findings and product recommendations effectively to stakeholders through written reports and presentations. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives. Contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap development. Support the technology team in testing and validating new features. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to inform product decisions. Requirements: This internship is open to individuals with a strong interest in product development and technology. While no specific educational background is mandated, a foundational understanding of product lifecycle and technology principles is beneficial. Candidates should be eager to learn and contribute to real-world projects. Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in utilizing User Research Platforms such as Lookback to gather actionable insights.
