Opportunity brief
About the Role We are building a content engine at Shree Samriddhi AI — a system that produces polished video content at scale using automation and AI, without the usual manual grind. Every piece comes out clean, consistent, and ready to publish. The editing is not done by hand in an app. The pipeline is scripted in Python and ffmpeg so that output stays consistent, every batch, without manual work. We need one person who can sit across both halves: the creative judgement about what makes content worth watching, and the technical comfort to run and improve the automation that produces it. This is an immediate-start role. Immediate joiners strongly preferred. What You'll Actually Do Study the top channels in our space and turn what works into a written pattern sheet — hooks, title formats, pacing, thumbnails. Help shape our content format: the opening seconds, the reveal, the on-screen text, the end card. Run the existing Python + ffmpeg pipeline on each batch of footage, and review the output for quality — crops locked, overlays aligned, cuts landing on the beat. Extend the scripts as the format evolves. You won't be writing this from scratch; you'll be improving something that already works. Design thumbnails and write titles and descriptions for each upload. Must Have A real eye for video — you can tell why one edit holds attention and another doesn't, and you can say why. Comfort with Python and the command line. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should not be afraid of a terminal. Working knowledge of video editing, in any tool. Self-direction. You'll be given an objective, not a task list. Nice to Have ffmpeg experience specifically. Motion graphics or After Effects. Thumbnail and typography design sense. Details Duration: 3–6 months, extendable. Location: Remote (India), part-time. Start: Immediate.
