Welcome to the ShaSang A.I. National Growth Strategy Challenge 2026!
ShaSang A.I. is a tech platform building powerful web utilities and exam-prep tools for students across India. We are inviting the brightest minds from campuses nationwide to step into the shoes of a Growth Product Manager.
Your challenge: Design a zero-cost or very low-cost, high-impact organic distribution strategy to acquire 5,000 new customers for ShaSang A.I.
This is a 100% online, asynchronous challenge (no live presentations). You have the flexibility to research, build, and submit your strategy deck at your own pace before the deadline.
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to All: Undergraduate and Postgraduate students from any recognized college/university in India (B.Tech, BBA, B.Com, MBA, Arts, Mass Comm, etc.).
- Team Size: You can participate individually (1 member) or in a team of up to 3 members.
- Cross-College Teams: Allowed. You can team up with friends from different institutions.
Competition Format & Submission Guidelines
This challenge consists of a single, decisive round: The Online Deck Submission
The Task:
You must submit a concise, high-impact strategy deck consisting of exactly 3 Slides (excluding the Cover and Thank You slides).
- Slide 1: Competitor & User Journey Analysis (Identify gaps in existing student utility platforms).
- Slide 2: Organic Distribution Strategy (Actionable plan to acquire users without a paid ad budget).
- Slide 3: User Retention (A hook or gamification concept to keep free users coming back).
Format Requirements:
- File Type: Submissions must be uploaded strictly in PDF format.
- File Size: Maximum 15 MB.
- Naming Convention: TeamName_ShaSangAI_Strategy.pdf
Rules & Code of Conduct
- No Plagiarism: All ideas and creatives must be 100% original. Any team found copying frameworks from other participants or existing online articles will be instantly disqualified.
- AI Policy: While you may use AI (like ChatGPT or Gemini) to refine your grammar or brainstorm, generating the entire strategy or PPT text via AI is strictly prohibited. We are looking for your unique human insight.
- Binding Team: Once registered, team composition cannot be changed or modified.
- Final Authority: The decision of the ShaSang A.I. evaluation panel will be final and binding regarding shortlisting and winner selection.
