E-Cell and ConSIG – The Consulting Club of Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management, IIT Bombay, present The Capital Verdict, in association with QuantInsti, as part of Avenues '26.
This competition brings together analytical problem-solving, financial acumen and strategic decision-making. Participants will move from an online qualifier to a focused solution submission, with the strongest teams earning the opportunity to present their recommendations before an expert jury at IIT Bombay.
Competition Format and Guidelines
- Team size: 1–3 members.
- The competition comprises an online quiz, an online case-submission round and an offline grand finale.
- Round 1 submission: Maximum 3 slides, with Excel calculations or supporting analysis in the appendix.
- Grand finale submission: Maximum 5 slides, with Excel calculations or supporting analysis in the appendix.
- Solutions should be original, logically structured and supported by clear assumptions and analysis.
- The decision of the organizing committee and judging panel shall be final.
