Opera, The Operations Club of SJMSoM, IIT Bombay presents "Leagile 2026" - The Pan India Operations Case Competition. Welcome to the world of Operations Case Study Competition! This exciting and challenging event is designed to test your problem-solving skills, analytical prowess, and strategic thinking in the realm of operations management. This competition is a platform for individuals or teams to showcase their skills and knowledge in operations management. Participants will be presented with a real-world business scenario or case study related to operations. They will have the opportunity to analyse the case, identify challenges, propose solutions, and present their findings to a panel of judges. The participants will go through 3 Rounds of evaluation, namely, a Preliminary Quiz, a Case Study Round, and a Final Presentation round.
Rules of The Competition:
- Each team will consist of 1-2 members. One person will be a team leader.
- All members of a team have to be from the same institute but not necessarily the same year.
- A student cannot be a part of more than one team.
- Only the team leader will be playing the quiz.
- Qualifying teams will be provided with business case challenges in the second round.
- Top teams from the second round will qualify for the final round, preferably on campus. Participants have the option to present their case in front of the jury
