Opportunity brief

Tournament Overview:

  • Game: Free Fire MAX
  • Format: Battle Royale (BR)
  • Tournament Stages: Online Qualifiers, Offline Semifinals, and Offline Grand Finals
  • Venue: Scaler School of Technology (SST) (All offline stages)
  • Team Composition: 4 Starting Players + 1 Optional Substitute (Roster size up to 5 players)

Player and Team Eligibility:

  • Roster Requirements: Each registered squad must have 4 starters and at most 1 substitute. Rosters lock immediately upon the official start of each match.
  • Verification: Player UIDs, in-game nicknames, account levels, and real identities are subject to strict administrative audit. Unverified accounts will be disqualified.
  • Roster Restrictions: Players may not compete on more than one roster. Mid-match substitutions are strictly prohibited; substitutes may only enter the lineup between matches.

Tournament Stage Progression:

The progression pathway transitions initial squads through online rounds and offline semifinals into a 12-team Grand Final.

Stage Breakdown:

  • Online Qualifiers: Divided into some groups of 12or 11 teams each. Each group plays 3 Battle Royale matches. The top 3 teams from each group plus the best 4th-place finisher across all 7 groups advance to the Semifinals (total 22 teams).
  • Offline Semifinals: Divided into groups of 12 or 11 teams each at the SST venue. Each group plays 3 Battle Royale matches. The top 6 teams from each group qualify directly for the Grand Finals (total 12 teams).
  • Offline Grand Finals (12 Finalists): A single lobby of 12 teams playing 5 Battle Royale matches. Cumulative points across all matches determine the Champion, Runner-up, and Second Runner-up.

Official Scoring System:

Scores are reset to zero at the start of each stage. Stage scores are calculated as the sum of Placement Points and Kill Points across all matches in that stage.

Kill Points:

- +1 Point for every confirmed kill.
