Prize Pool ₹50,000 | Entry ₹900 for The First Phase Registered Teams | Team of 1 to 3

How the Match Works:

  • 1 vs 1, Two Halves of 3 Minutes Each with A Short Break in Between. After Every Goal the Timer Stops and The Ball Returns to The Centre. if The Ball Leaves the Arena, Play Resumes from The Centre.
  • You Are Judged on Ball Handling, Precision, Scoring Ability, Overall Performance and Completion of Tasks. Every Round Brings New Challenges, and A Team Has to Perform Across All of Them to Progress.

Robot Specifications:

  • Dimensions: Must Not Exceed 30 Cm × 30 Cm × 30 Cm.
  • Weight: must Not Exceed 5 Kg. Batteries Carried on The Bot Count Towards the Weight, Batteries Kept Off the Bot Do Not.
  • Voltage: must Not Exceed 16.8 v Dc at Any Point in The Circuit, at Any Time.
  • Tolerance: 5% Is Allowed on Dimensions and Weight.
  • Control: wired, Wireless and Autonomous Robots Are All Permitted.
  • Weaponry: robots Carrying Robo-Wars Style Weaponry Are Not Allowed. No Structure that Holds or Traps the Ball. No Fans of Any Kind.

Inspection:

- Robots Must Be Inspected at The Designated Counter at Least 1 Hour Before the Event Begins. MissInspection and You Do Not Compete. Any Modification Made After Inspection Means Disqualification, Though Where an Adjustment Can Be Made on Site You Get Limited Time for Re-Verification.

The Field:

- A Standard Field Hockey Ball, Chosen for Durability and Accurate Control. Depending on The Round, the Field May Include Dynamic Obstacles that Test the Robot's Agility and The Controller's Adaptability.

Team Rules on The Day:

- Only 2 Members May Stay Around the Arena, One Controlling and One Assisting. Controllers Stay in Their Own Team's Area and Cannot Be Swapped Mid-Match, Though a Different Controller May Be Used for A Different Match Provided They Are on The Same Team.

Gameplay:

- Robots Must Not Enter the Goalpost. Any Robot that Does Is Called for A Foul and Given a Penalty. a Wireless Robot Must Not Pull the Wire of A Wired Robot, Which Is Immediate Disqualification. if A Technical Glitch Occurs You Get 2 Minutes of Servicing Time. No Part of The Robot May Be Changed During a Run or Between Rounds.

Tournament Format:

  • Three Rounds, Regardless of How Many Teams Enter. All Pairings Are Decided by Random Chit Draw.
  • Round 1: All Registered Teams, 1 vs 1 Knockout. Winners Advance.
  • Round 2: Round 1 Winners Only, Same Format. Winners Advance.
  • Finals: The Remaining Teams Play out Champion and Runner-Up.

Who Can Enter:

- Any School, College or University Student in India. Teams May Include Members from More than One Institution. Extra Members Beyond Three Are ₹250 Each and Receive E-Certificates.

What's Included:

- Lunch and Refreshments for All Registered Participants. E-Certificates for Every Participant. Hardcopy Certificates and Trophies for Winners. Accommodation Is Not Provided.

Pay by Upi, Submit the 12-Digit Utr, and You Receive a Reference Id Immediately. Keep It. Entry Is ₹900 for The First Phase pay ₹900 and Increases After That, so Early Entries Pay Less.
