Guidelines
- Open to students, innovators, startups, MSMEs, LLPs, and technology-driven project teams. - Individual participation and teams of up to 4 members are allowed. - Inter-college and inter-specialization teams are permitted. - Participants must register under the technology domain relevant to their project. - Projects must demonstrate innovation, technical implementation, practical impact, or real-world problem solving. - Participants must present and demonstrate their project/prototype at the venue. - The competition will be conducted offline on 3 September 2026, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. - The event covers 9 technology domains. - The exact presentation and evaluation duration will be communicated by the organizers. - Participants should ensure that their project is functional and ready for demonstration during the evaluation.
Rules
- Each team can have a maximum of 4 members. - Only the registered project may be presented for evaluation. - Participants must provide accurate team and project information during registration. - After submitting the registration form, participants will receive an email containing payment instructions. - The registration fee is ₹800 per team, with a maximum of 4 members per team. - Registration is not considered confirmed upon form submission alone. - Participation will be confirmed only after successful payment of the registration fee and receipt of an official confirmation email from the organizers. - Teams that fail to complete the payment within the specified deadline may have their registration cancelled or considered incomplete. - Teams must report to the venue and remain available during their allotted evaluation slot. - Participants are responsible for bringing all required equipment, components, laptops, power adapters, and project demonstration materials. - Participants must ensure that their project setup does not create any safety hazards or damage to venue property. - All participants must follow venue safety guidelines and instructions given by the organizers and coordinators. - Any misconduct, cheating, misrepresentation, or violation of event guidelines may result in immediate disqualification. - The decision of the evaluation committee will be final and binding. - Organizers reserve the right to make necessary changes to the schedule, evaluation process, or event arrangements, with prior communication to participants wherever possible.
