Responsibilities: Build and maintain frontend features for Sahii.in using Next.js, React, and EJS Work on SEO implementation and optimization to improve organic traffic Collaborate with the existing dev team on features spanning the full stack (Node.js, MongoDB) Develop and ship new frontend features and pages, ensuring performance and responsiveness Implement and maintain SEO fundamentals — sitemap.xml, robots.txt, structured schema (JSON-LD), meta tags, canonical tags, and Core Web Vitals optimization Monitor and act on insights from Google Search Console and GA4 to improve site traffic Understand and work within an existing live codebase, debugging and extending features without breaking production Integrate third-party APIs where needed (payment gateways, WhatsApp/SMS, analytics, shipping/logistics) Deploy and manage live applications on platforms like Vercel, Railway, or a VPS Identify and fix performance and UX issues across the site Take ownership of assigned tasks end-to-end and deliver on time Requirements Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Next.js, React, Node.js, MongoDB, and CSS; familiarity with EJS Prior experience building and deploying a full-stack application live on the internet Hands-on experience with e-commerce or transactional web applications Working knowledge of SEO tools and techniques (Search Console, GA4, structured data, meta optimization) Experience integrating third-party APIs (payment gateways, analytics, or communication APIs) Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal hand-holding Bonus: experience with web scraping (Puppeteer/Playwright/Selenium) or AI/LLM workflows (LangChain, OpenAI API, RAG) Available to commit at least 15–20 hours/week, with willingness to continue post-internship if selected
