Responsibilities Provide excellent customer support through various channels (email, chat, phone). Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and general support. Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer problems. Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and retention. Learn and adapt to new technologies and product features quickly. Requirements B.Tech final year student or B.Tech graduate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. Familiarity with customer support tools and software is a plus. Prior experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial but not required.
