The shortlisted teams participate in a live football player auction and use their allocated purse to construct a squad of 11–15 players.

- Qualification:
The Top 4 teams based on their league-stage performance qualify for the knockout stage. The remaining 6 teams are eliminated from the championship.

After Round 1, a transfer market opens. The Top 4 teams can bid for players belonging to the eliminated teams. The bottom 6 teams can negotiate and sell their players to the team offering the best value.
- Round 2 (Knockouts):
The Top 4 teams play two semi-finals followed by the Grand Final using their updated squads after the transfer market.
- Best Negotiator Award:
Among the eliminated 6 teams, the team that finishes the transfer market with the highest remaining purse wins the Best Negotiator Award.
