You will be responsible for designing and optimizing a conversion funnel that identifies, engages, and converts homeschooling parents into the organization's community and ecosystem. Responsibilities of the Intern: Design and execute a comprehensive 3-month social media roadmap across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, and YouTube Shorts/Reels. Build and optimize a content-to-lead funnel tailored for homeschooling parents. Create engaging content, including carousels, short-form video scripts, resource guides, and ad copy focused on alternative education. Actively engage with parent-led forums, Facebook groups, and online communities to build trust and drive organic growth. Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, conduct low-budget experiments, and optimize messaging based on conversion data. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Month 1: Foundation, Brand Positioning & Funnel Setup Complete a social media brand audit, competitor analysis, and a 3-month content calendar. Set up and optimize primary social media channels with consistent branding and value propositions. Launch a top-of-the-funnel awareness campaign, achieving a reach of 5,000+ targeted accounts and generating the first 50 organic community or lead sign-ups. Month 2: Engagement, Traffic Generation & Lead Magnet Optimization Publish 12–15 high-value posts or reels addressing homeschooling and alternative education topics. Establish an active presence in at least 10 targeted homeschooling communities or groups. Double the Month 1 follower/community base and achieve a 3–5% conversion rate from social traffic to lead capture pages. Month 3: Conversion Scaling, Retargeting & Handover Build and test a retargeting or community nurturing workflow using WhatsApp, email, or community groups. Conduct a small-scale campaign to evaluate lead acquisition costs. Generate a cumulative total of 200+ qualified leads or parent sign-ups and prepare a documented playbook for future scaling. Requirements: Prior experience managing social media accounts, driving organic growth, or building digital funnels. Previous internships or a portfolio are preferred. Strong understanding of, or interest in, alternative education, modern parenting trends, and the homeschooling ecosystem. Proficiency in Canva, short-form copywriting, Google Sheets, and basic analytics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on conversions and performance.
