About Nlarj — our goal Nlarj exists to help churches focus on people, not paperwork. Most churches still run on registers, WhatsApp groups, and memory — members slip through the cracks, prayer requests get lost, and pastors spend hours on admin instead of shepherding. Our goal is simple: give every church -- from a small-town fellowship to a multi-location ministry — one trusted place to manage their members, prayer, attendance, events, worship, and giving. We're building for churches across India first (in their own languages — Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam and more) and serving congregations worldwide. We're a registered company (Promised Land Labs Pvt Ltd) building real, secure software that churches can depend on. This is early days — which means the people who join now help shape what Nlarj becomes. Role: Content & Marketing Associate — create social content and run outreach for the Nlarj church app Customer & Community Associate — talk to churches and pastors, onboard them, gather feedback Product QA Tester — use the app like a real church would and catch bugs before customers do One role, three hats — you'll grow real skills in marketing, sales, and product testing at the same time. Responsibilities: Create posts, reels, and short videos for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn Write warm, simple copy for churches and pastors (no corporate jargon) Reach out to churches, answer their questions, and help them get started on the app Listen to what churches need and bring that feedback back to the team Test the app across real church workflows and write clear, simple bug reports Verify that fixes actually work before they reach customers Help run and track outreach campaigns, and share what's working Requirements: Recent graduate (any stream) or final-year student Excellent spoken communication — confident, warm, and clear on calls; able to talk to a pastor you've never met and put them at ease Multilingual — fluent in English + at least one of Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, or Kannada (more languages = a strong plus) A self-starter who figures things out without a step-by-step manual Comfortable creating simple content (reels, posts) Bonus: familiarity with the church/ministry world and comfort talking with pastors Must download and browse the Nlarj app before applying (it's part of the role)
