Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Lead teams for loss identification and elimination across global measures by developing process and organizational capability using manufacturing tools.
- Lead standardization, manage equipment changes, and validate processes.
- Build technical troubleshooting capability for process failures.
- Plan and execute supply chain strategies for timely production and distribution of products to consumers, customers, and distributor partners.
- Manage a team of raw/packed material and finished goods planners, leading forecasting and planning for manufacturing operations of a plant or category.
