Pooja Handmade Art is hiring for Video Editor Intern - Instagram Reels About Pooja Handmade Art Pooja Handmade Art is a handmade craft brand creating unique, handcrafted products made by local women artisans . Our products are carefully made by hand using felt and other craft materials, with a focus on creativity, uniqueness and supporting women through handmade work. We are looking for a creative Video Editor Intern who can help us showcase our products through engaging Instagram Reels and short-form videos. Responsibilities Edit Instagram Reels showcasing our handmade products. Convert raw footage into engaging, aesthetic and professional short-form videos. Add captions, text, music, transitions and sound effects where appropriate. Create engaging hooks and maintain good pacing throughout the Reel. Understand current Instagram Reel trends and editing styles. Suggest creative ideas for showcasing handmade products. Make revisions based on feedback when required. Deliver videos in Instagram-friendly formats. Requirements Good knowledge of video editing . Experience editing Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts / short-form content . Proficiency in at least one editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, VN, InShot , or similar. Good understanding of cuts, transitions, pacing and storytelling . Ability to create attractive captions and text overlays . Good sense of visual aesthetics and composition . Basic knowledge of audio and music synchronization . Awareness of current Instagram trends . Attention to detail. Ability to understand creative instructions and incorporate feedback. Ability to deliver edits within an agreed deadline. This is a 6-month internship. This will be an unpaid internship with performance-based incentives.
