Responsibilities of the Intern:

Manage the intake and tracking of customer security questionnaires and compliance requests.
Review incoming requests and route them to the appropriate Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
Monitor progress and follow up with stakeholders to ensure established service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Maintain accurate records of questionnaire status and completion metrics.
Support the use of approved AI tools to improve compliance tracking, documentation, reporting, and project management workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, AIML, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to use approved AI tools to support documentation, summarization, data organization, reporting, and the automation and optimization of routine tasks and workflows.
Awareness of data privacy, confidentiality, and security considerations when using AI-enabled tools.
Basic proficiency in coding languages such as Python to support task automation, data analysis, reporting efficiency, and process optimization.
