PingMentor is hiring for SEO Ninja & Growth Intern! Responsibilities: Owning SEO end-to-end — keyword research, on-page optimization, content strategy, and tracking what actually moves rankings. Building out category and location pages that bring in organic traffic (not just vanity content). Running and optimizing paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, Insta) to complement the organic push. Owning our social media presence: content, posting, engagement, the vibe. Digging into search console, analytics, and rankings data — turning insights into action, not just reports. Experimenting fast, failing faster, and doubling down on what works. Requirements: Actually understand SEO technical basics, keyword intent, and content structure, not just "I know what a keyword is". Have some exposure to performance marketing and social media too. Are comfortable with numbers and don't flinch at a spreadsheet or Search Console dashboard. Have scrappy hustle energy — you'll be building this from close to scratch. Want real ownership, not just busywork and coffee runs. Are hungry to prove yourself and build a portfolio that speaks louder than a resume.
