Maintain and update HR databases and employee records. Assist in organizing HR-related events and training sessions. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies. Handle employee queries and provide necessary support. Requirements 0-1 year of experience in Human Resources or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. A passion for HR and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
