About the Company: Olcademy is a dynamic organization offering a Product Manager Internship. We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team and contribute to innovative product development. Responsibilities: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product roadmap. Define product vision, goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Develop and maintain product requirements documents. Prioritize and manage product backlog. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to translate product vision into reality. Manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on product features. Track and report on product performance metrics. Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization, including executives, engineers, designers, and customers. Present product roadmaps and updates to stakeholders. Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to gather input and ideas. Write clear and concise product documentation. Monitor product performance through KPIs and metrics to identify areas for improvement. Drive A/B testing, user testing, and data-driven decision-making for continuous optimization. Requirements: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for technology and product development. Experience with product management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
