About the Company:
NoQu Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic Freshers for the role of Executive – Telemarketing (Malayalam). We are committed to fostering new talent and providing a dynamic environment for growth in the telemarketing sector.
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Introduce the company's products and services to potential clients.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule product demonstrations and follow up with prospects.
- Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- Fluent in Malayalam (Mandatory).
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Fluency in Hindi, Telugu, or Kannada will be an added advantage.
- Experience: 0-6 months.
