Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Provide exceptional product support to customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in Telugu and Kannada.
- Troubleshoot product-related problems and guide users through solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive support.
Requirements:
- Any Degree.
- Fluency in Telugu and Kannada is mandatory.
- Freshers with 0-6 months of experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
