1. Role Overview: Job Title: Full Stack Developer Intern (MERN Stack) Target Audience: College students and recent freshers Core Objective: Build, scale, and optimize end-to-end web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js while gaining hands-on, production-level experience. 2. Key Responsibilities: Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain complete web applications, ensuring seamless integration between the front-end interface and back-end logic. Front-End Development: Build interactive, responsive, and user-friendly web pages and components using React.js . Back-End Development: Design and develop secure RESTful APIs, routing, and server-side business logic using Node.js and Express.js . Database Management: Design schema structures, write queries, and manage data storage efficiently using MongoDB . Debugging & Optimization: Troubleshoot errors, debug code, and optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability. Collaboration & Workflow: Work closely with product teams, UI/UX designers, and senior mentors in an agile environment, participating in code reviews and brainstorming sessions. Version Control: Maintain clean, well-documented codebases and handle version control using Git and GitHub . 3. Requirements & Eligibility: Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in B.Tech/B.E., BCA, MCA, B.Sc (Computer Science), or equivalent tech backgrounds. Project Portfolio: Must have built and showcased at least 1–2 hands-on full-stack projects using the MERN stack (personal portfolio apps, hackathon projects, or major college projects). Technical Proficiency: Solid foundation in JavaScript (ES6+) , HTML5, CSS3, and asynchronous programming (Promises, Async/Await). Good understanding of React concepts (Hooks, state management, component lifecycles). Familiarity with building server-side logic in Node.js/Express and handling NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
