About The Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic AI Automation & Business Systems Intern to help us build an AI-powered operating system for our organization. The ideal candidate should be passionate about AI tools, workflow automation, and creating smart business solutions that improve efficiency. You will work closely with the leadership team to automate repetitive tasks, develop dashboards, organize business data, and create systems that enable faster and smarter decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Build interactive dashboards to track business performance, projects, clients, and internal operations. Automate routine business processes to improve productivity and reduce manual work. Use AI tools to streamline research, documentation, reporting, and content creation. Develop and maintain workflow automation using no-code/low-code platforms. Organize business data into structured, easy-to-use systems. Create AI-powered templates, SOPs, and knowledge bases for internal teams. Integrate different business tools to create seamless workflows. Identify opportunities to improve existing processes through automation. Test, maintain, and continuously enhance automation systems. Required Skills: Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and business automation. Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity. Good knowledge of Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and data organization. Ability to learn and implement new AI and automation tools quickly. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Attention to detail and a proactive mindset. Preferred Tools (Good To Have): ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity. n8n, Make.com, or Zapier.
