Opportunity brief
Get ready to step out of your usual college circles and into a room full of founders, creators, hustlers, mentors, and future collaborators. E-Connect is all about meeting the right people, exchanging ideas, and potentially finding your next co-founder, mentor, or big opportunity.
Check-In & Chill | 30 Minutes
Scan, collect your badge, grab a seat, and start talking. Color-coded badges will help you identify founders, E-Cell members, society representatives, mentors, and guests, because knowing who to talk to is half the game.
Let's Get Connected | 10–15 Minutes
The event kicks off with a quick welcome and everything you need to know about E-Connect. No awkward standing around wondering, "Who do I talk to?" We'll make sure you're right in the middle of the action.
Entrepreneurship Bingo | 25 Minutes
Your mission: Find your people. Get your Bingo card and start looking for people who:
- Have built an MVP.
- Are looking for a co-founder.
- Have won a hackathon.
- Are working on a startup.
- Have a crazy business idea.
Talk to people, complete your card, and race to the finish. The first participants to complete their Bingo will win exciting prizes!
Speed Networking | 40 Minutes
4 minutes. 1 conversation. Then switch.
Meet new people every round and get just enough time to make an impression before the clock says: NEXT!
Talk about your startup, ideas, challenges, projects, or anything that could spark a collaboration. Exchange contacts before you rotate, because "we should connect sometime" only counts if you actually connect.
Student Startup Showcase | 40–45 Minutes
The floor belongs to the founders. 6–8 student founders will take the stage to pitch their ventures and showcase what they're building.
Each founder gets:
- 3 minutes → Pitch.
- 2 minutes → Q&A.
Expect bold ideas, real problems, ambitious solutions, and perhaps the startup you'll be hearing about next year.
Wrap-Up & One Last Connect | 10 Minutes
We'll announce the Entrepreneurship Bingo winners, thank everyone who made E-Connect happen, and wrap up the official proceedings.
But the networking doesn't have to end there. The event ends. The connections don't.
