Valorant – Battle Zone is a competitive esports event at TechTrix'26, bringing teams together for an intense multiplayer tournament. Participants compete across tournament rounds, demonstrating teamwork, communication, coordination, strategic decision-making, and consistency. This is a BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) event — high-speed Wi-Fi and snacks will be provided, but participants must bring their own laptops/devices.

Team Size
- 5 participants per team
Requirements
- Participants must bring their own laptops/devices required for the game
- Only registered players are permitted to participate
- Participants must report before their scheduled match
Tournament Rules
- The tournament format (league, knockout, or hybrid) will be finalized by the organizers based on the number of registrations
- Maps, servers, and match settings will be fixed by the organizers
- The organizer's recorded result will be treated as the official result
- Genuine technical problems must be reported immediately to the referee/coordinator; a technical issue caused by a participant's own unauthorized software or settings will normally be treated as the participant's responsibility
Judging Criteria
The winner is determined according to the final tournament format and match results declared by the organizers — based on match wins/progression through the league, knockout, or hybrid bracket as configured.
Disqualification
The following are strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification:
- Account sharing
- Cheat software, hacks, macros, or unauthorized scripts
- Exploiting known game bugs or glitches
- Deliberate disconnections or match manipulation
- Interference with another player's system or event infrastructure
The Event Jury/Referee/Technical Committee holds final authority on match outcomes, penalties, and rule interpretation.
