Event Description

Project Exhibition at TechTrix'26 is a platform for grassroots innovators to showcase innovative projects and prototypes that address real-world problems across software and hardware domains. Participants present their projects before a jury, explain the problem being addressed, demonstrate the design and working of their project, and highlight its practical applications and impact.

Guidelines

Team Size & Eligibility

4 participants per team
Open to undergraduate/postgraduate students and eligible participants from colleges/institutions
Valid college/institutional ID is mandatory
Only registered participants may compete; one participant cannot be registered in two teams for the same event
Team composition cannot be changed after the registration deadline without written approval from the Event Coordinator
The registered team captain is the official point of contact

Eligible Projects

Working prototypes, research projects, final-year projects, electronics systems, robotics, IoT, AI/ML, software products, sustainable technology, and other engineering innovations.

Exhibition Format

Each team must be prepared to explain:

Problem Statement — what real-world problem does the project address?
Design — how is the project designed?
Working — how does the solution function?
Results — what outcomes have been achieved?
Applications — where can the project be practically used?

A working demonstration is strongly preferred. Teams should keep a short technical note or presentation available for the jury, which may request a live demonstration or inspect the prototype's working.

Disqualification

The following may result in immediate disqualification:

External assistance during the competition
Plagiarism or cheating
Using another team's hardware/software
Deliberate damage to venue/property
Misconduct with judges, volunteers, or organizers
Failure to disclose the use of external modules, purchased subsystems, or pre-existing project work when asked

The Event Jury/Organizing Committee holds final authority on judging, penalties, disqualification, and interpretation of rules.
