Stages and Timelines

Online Round (On Unstop)

The first round will be an online quiz designed to test participants' operations knowledge, decision-making ability and adaptability.

Format

  • The quiz will consist of 30 questions, including 20 Operations & Supply Chain questions and 10 Adaptive questions.
  • The total duration of the quiz will be 10 minutes.
  • Teams must consist of 3 members, and the quiz must be attempted collectively as a team.
  • The quiz will be conducted within a fixed time window on Unstop, with the exact timing to be announced.
  • Teams will be ranked based on the number of correct answers, with accuracy and time taken considered as tiebreakers.
  • The Top 10 teams will qualify for the Offline Round.

Offline Round (NMIMS Indore) - 19 September 2026

The final round will bring the shortlisted teams to the NMIMS Indore campus for a series of live challenges testing their analytical, operational and problem-solving capabilities.

Format

  • The Offline Round is open only to the Top 10 teams qualifying from the Online Round.
  • Teams will retain the same 3 members throughout the competition.
  • The round will comprise two challenges:
  • Case Challenge: Teams will analyse a business/operations case and present their strategic and operational solution before the judging panel.
  • Ad Blitz: Teams will participate in a live operations and supply chain challenge, developing and pitching their solution before the judges.
  • Teams will present their solutions and creative pitches before a panel comprising judges and industry experts.

Evaluation

- Teams will be evaluated on strategic thinking, creativity, quality of presentation, problem-solving ability and teamwork.

General Guidelines

  • Only the teams qualifying from the Online Round will be eligible to participate in the Offline Round.
  • The organising committee will provide food during the Offline Round. Participants will be responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation.
  • The Top 3 teams will be awarded cash prizes and certificates.
  • The decision of the organising committee and judging panel will be final and binding in all matters concerning the competition.

  • The Online Round will be conducted before 19 September 2026.
  • The exact date and timing will be updated once finalised.
