Opportunity brief
HRectify provides a dynamic platform for MBA students across India to showcase their strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and HR insights through a series of engaging and intellectually stimulating rounds. As AI, automation, and people analytics reshape how work gets done, this year's edition challenges participants to rethink how people and technology can create value together, responsibly and at scale.
Competition Structure
Round 1 – HRiddle:
An online quiz designed to assess participants' knowledge in HRM, Reasoning, Mathematics, and Language, along with emerging themes in AI and the future of work.
Round 2 – HR's Investment Yatra:
A gamified simulation where participants act as CHROs and transformation strategists, allocating limited resources across evolving organizational scenarios, while adapting to real-world disruptions.
Round 3 – The Next-Gen Organization Challenge:
A case-based round where shortlisted teams will present innovative strategies to tackle real-world business challenges before a panel of judges.
Eligibility
- Open to MBA students (1st and 2nd year) from all B-Schools across India.
- Teams must comprise of 2–3 members (inter-year teams permitted).
- Multiple teams from the same institute are welcome.
