Expanding Horizon 8.0 – Civil Engineering is an initiative by the Student Mentorship Program (SMP), MNNIT Allahabad, aimed at helping aspiring civil engineers evaluate their technical knowledge and prepare for upcoming internship opportunities.
The assessment covers important concepts across core Civil Engineering subjects, encouraging participants to apply theoretical knowledge, develop analytical abilities, and approach engineering problems systematically.
Objectives
- Evaluate fundamentals of Structural Engineering.
- Assess understanding of Geotechnical Engineering.
- Strengthen concepts in Fluid Mechanics and Hydraulics.
- Test knowledge of Transportation Engineering.
- Evaluate understanding of Environmental Engineering and Building Materials.
- Encourage technical reasoning and practical problem-solving.

- Participants must complete the assessment within the stipulated time.
