Identify key business, digital, and AI transformation opportunities. Assist in developing client proposals, diagnostic frameworks, and business cases. Translate research and discussions into structured consulting storyboards. Prepare CXO-level presentations, briefing notes, and reports. Create benchmarking tables, market maps, and operating-metric comparisons. Contribute to Morpheus's proprietary transformation frameworks and sector knowledge assets. Manage meeting briefs, action trackers, and follow-up materials. Validate sources, calculations, assumptions, and AI-generated information. Support client workshops and project documentation as needed. Requirements: We are seeking a high-potential Consulting Analyst Intern to join our team on live AI-led business transformation assignments. This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical and structured-thinking abilities, eager to apply AI to solve complex business problems. Commitment to a full-time, six-month internship in a Gurgaon/hybrid setup. Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA, master's degree, or a strong undergraduate program. Demonstrated practical proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or NotebookLM for research, analysis, synthesis, and presentation development. Ability to write and refine effective prompts, work across multiple documents, and validate AI-generated information. Understanding of responsible AI usage and client-data confidentiality. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Strong business research, analysis, and writing skills. Curiosity, ownership, reliability, and attention to detail. Prior consulting experience is helpful but not essential. The role emphasizes intelligent application of AI to business problems rather than technical AI development. Programming or data-science experience is not mandatory.
