Opportunity brief

About the Role: We're looking for a creative, social media-obsessed intern who lives and breathes Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and trending content. If you're someone who constantly spots viral trends, loves creating engaging reels, and enjoys turning ideas into content that people actually want to watch, we'd love to meet you. This isn't just about posting content—it's about creating content that builds a brand. Responsibilities of the Intern: Create engaging reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media videos. Design creative posts, carousels, stories, and graphics. Brainstorm fresh content ideas and campaign concepts. Stay updated with social media trends, memes, and viral formats. Shoot and edit videos using mobile devices or editing tools. Assist in content planning and monthly content calendars. Write engaging captions and hashtags. Collaborate with different teams to showcase company culture, products, and behind-the-scenes moments. Track content performance and suggest improvements based on insights. Requirements: Be passionate about Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms. Have strong creativity with an eye for storytelling and aesthetics. Have basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools. Have good communication and writing skills. Proactively bring new ideas instead of waiting for instructions. Be comfortable appearing in videos or directing shoots. (Preferred) Be pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Design, or a related field. Have an Instagram page, YouTube channel, or content portfolio. (Preferred) Be able to create trending reels quickly after a trend emerges. (Preferred) Understand what makes content go viral. (Preferred) Have basic photography or videography skills. (Preferred) Benefits: Hands-on experience building a fast-growing brand. Exposure to real marketing campaigns and brand strategy. Opportunity to experiment with your own creative ideas. Mentorship from experienced marketing professionals. Certificate and a potential Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance (5 LPA).
