Role: Campus Director — Mad Monkey AI Inc. (Delaware, USA) Only 2 directors per college. Responsibilities: Build and grow the Mad Monkey AI community at your college through Sparks, Venture Club, and campus events. Recruit, organise, and lead a team of up to 5 Campus Chapter Leads across Sparks, Venture Club, Content, Outreach, and Events. Spread awareness of how and where students can onboard onto the platform and how to post Sparks effectively. Help students who get stuck during onboarding and guide them through the process. Direct any student concern straight to the Founder's Grievance Cell. Oversee and support Micro Venture teams operating under your leadership at your college. Plan and execute at least one meaningful campus activity or event per month. Submit monthly reports on community growth, Spark activity, Venture Club outcomes, and Micro Venture team performance. Represent Mad Monkey AI professionally at your institution at all times. Participate in the 90-day performance review cycle with a growth path toward City Director. Requirements: Currently enrolled as a student (any year, any stream). Strong communication and people skills. Ability to build genuine connections across departments, hostels, and student communities on campus. Basic understanding of social media and campus culture. Self-motivated — able to work independently without being hand-held. Willingness to commit to at least one campus activity per month and a short monthly report. A genuine interest in startups, entrepreneurship, or community building — not just a credential hunter. Available to onboard and activate before August 15–30 launch.
