Opportunity brief

About LIT School LIT School is an experiential business school built for students who don't want to learn only through lectures, notes, and exams. At LIT, students learn by working on real-world challenges from brands, creators, startups, and industry leaders. Every experience is designed around three stages: Learn. Innovate. Transform. Students don't just understand concepts and learn theories. They apply them, build with them, present their work, and receive feedback from people who actually work in the industry. The goal of LIT School is simple: To help students become self-reliant, self-employable, and ready for the careers, businesses, and opportunities of the future. The Careers of the Future Hackathon is an extension of this philosophy, a space where students don't just hear about future careers, but experience what it feels like to step into them. What's in it for students? The Careers of the Future Hackathon is designed to help students explore future career paths by actually working on them. Students will get the opportunity to: Internship opportunities Winners will get an opportunity to secure internships with leading organizations, including Dabur, Ogilvy, Swish, Bhanzu, Vedantu, Astrotalk, etc. Present before renowned mentors and creators Shortlisted participants will have the opportunity to present their work before Kusha Kapila, Parul Gulati, mentors, judges, and industry representatives during an offline round at LIT School, Bangalore. Experience future careers first-hand Work on real-world challenges across tracks like AI Filmmaker, AI SaaS Builder, Creatorpreneur, D2C Entrepreneur, Cloud Kitchen Entrepreneur, Creative Agency Owner, Quick Commerce Entrepreneur, Impact Entrepreneur, and more. Build something real Every student will work on a practical challenge and create a submission such as a deck, prototype, campaign, product concept, trailer, business plan, or strategy. Learn from mentors and industry experts Students will be guided by people who understand the industry and can help them think beyond textbooks. Discover what kind of work excites them Instead of blindly choosing a career, students get to test what different future careers actually feel like. Build portfolio-worthy work Students will walk away with real projects that can be added to their portfolio, resume, LinkedIn, or college applications. Compete for prize money Students will compete across tracks for a total prize pool of ₹5,00,000 . Meet ambitious students from other colleges The Hackathon brings together students who want to create, build, experiment, and challenge themselves. Get exposure to real brands and industry-style briefs The challenges are designed to feel like real-world briefs, not classroom assignments. Present their ideas Shortlisted students will get the opportunity to present their work to mentors, judges, and industry representatives during an offline round at LIT School, Bangalore.
