Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective clients through emails, calls, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business solutions.
- Support the complete business development process, from prospecting to relationship management.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify emerging market trends.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and partnership documents.
- Maintain CRM records, lead databases, sales pipelines, and follow-up reports.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other internal teams to support business growth initiatives.
- Participate in client meetings, networking activities, and strategic business discussions.
- Monitor business development performance and recommend improvements for lead conversion and customer engagement.
- Build strong professional relationships while representing the organization with integrity and professionalism.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and consistently achieve learning and performance objectives.
