About the Role
We are looking for a Web Development Trainer Intern who is confident in teaching and communicating technical concepts online.
The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting live and recorded online classes for learners and helping them understand practical web development concepts through clear explanations, demonstrations, and hands-on guidance.
This role is ideal for someone who has strong fundamentals in web development and enjoys teaching, mentoring, and interacting with students online.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live online web development classes for students.
- Create and deliver recorded teaching sessions when required.
- Explain technical concepts in a simple, structured, and beginner-friendly manner.
- Demonstrate concepts through live coding and practical examples.
- Guide students through coding exercises, assignments, and projects.
- Resolve students' doubts and provide technical guidance.
- Follow the provided course structure, curriculum, and learning objectives.
- Prepare basic teaching materials, examples, and coding demonstrations.
- Maintain an engaging and interactive online classroom environment.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Understanding of responsive web design and modern web development practices.
- Familiarity with frontend development concepts.
- Ability to write and explain code clearly.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable conducting classes using online meeting platforms.
- Ability to explain technical concepts patiently and effectively.
- Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub is preferred.
Teaching Requirements
The candidate must be comfortable teaching online.
You should be able to:
- Conduct live classes confidently.
- Record high-quality instructional videos.
- Share your screen and perform live coding.
- Explain code while teaching.
- Interact with students and answer their questions.
- Maintain a professional and engaging online teaching environment.
Eligibility
- Students, fresh graduates, recent graduates, or early-career developers can apply.
- Candidates with strong practical web development knowledge are preferred.
- Prior teaching/training experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
