About the Role
- As a Business Development Associate (BDA), you will help expand Intropedia's reach by identifying prospective students and clients, generating leads, communicating with prospects, and presenting the organization's internship, training, and career development programs. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy conversations, relationship building, and working toward measurable growth goals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through online and offline channels.
- Connect with students, fresh graduates, and prospective customers.
- Explain Intropedia's internship, training, and career development programs clearly.
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain consistent communication.
- Convert qualified leads into registrations while maintaining accurate lead information.
- Work toward assigned weekly and monthly targets.
- Coordinate with the HR and business development teams.
- Build professional relationships with prospects and participate in promotional campaigns and outreach activities.
Requirements
- Students, fresh graduates, and experienced candidates from any academic background may apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic sales, negotiation, lead generation, and follow-up skills.
- Confidence in communicating with students and professionals.
- Basic familiarity with digital platforms and social media.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Compensation and Work Mode
This is a paid, full-time, fully remote internship with a monthly stipend of ₹25,000. Performance-based incentives and target-based earnings may be available as part of the role structure.
