About the Role:
Intropedia is looking for motivated and communication-focused individuals to join our team as Business Acquisition Associates (BAA). The role involves lead generation, prospect engagement, relationship management, and supporting the acquisition of students and professionals for Intropedia's career-oriented programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and acquire leads through calls, emails, social media, and other outreach channels.
- Identify and engage with potential students and professionals.
- Understand requirements and recommend suitable Intropedia programs.
- Explain internship and career-oriented programs professionally.
- Handle queries, follow-ups, and objections.
- Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments.
- Maintain lead records and work towards assigned acquisition targets.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and professional approach.
- Good interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
