About InternKhojo

InternKhojo is a career-focused technology platform designed to connect students and emerging talent with meaningful internship and career opportunities.

As part of our broader focus on improving career readiness, we are developing structured resources that help candidates understand the assessment and interview processes used across recruitment.

About the Role

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented intern to support the development of InternKhojo's assessment and interview intelligence resources.

The role involves researching, validating, categorizing, and structuring questions commonly encountered across aptitude assessments, placement tests, technical assessments, and interviews.

You will be responsible for transforming large volumes of unstructured information into a reliable, organized, and scalable question repository.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research questions commonly used across aptitude tests, placement assessments, recruitment processes, and interviews.
  • Develop structured question banks across multiple assessment categories.
  • Cover areas including:
  • Quantitative Aptitude
  • Logical Reasoning
  • Verbal Ability
  • Data Interpretation
  • Number Systems
  • Percentages
  • Ratio & Proportion
  • Profit & Loss
  • Time, Speed & Distance
  • Time & Work
  • Averages
  • Probability
  • Permutations & Combinations
  • Algebra
  • Geometry
  • Puzzles
  • Data Sufficiency
  • Critical Reasoning
  • And other relevant assessment areas
  • Research technical, behavioral, HR, situational, and role-specific interview questions.
  • Validate questions and answers before inclusion in the repository.
  • Classify questions according to topic, concept, question type, and difficulty.
  • Establish consistent difficulty benchmarks across the question bank.
  • Identify recurring patterns and concepts across different assessments.
  • Document solution approaches and explanations where required.
  • Identify duplicate, ambiguous, outdated, or low-quality questions and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain structured databases using Google Sheets or similar tools.
  • Continuously improve the quality, coverage, and organization of the assessment repository.
  • Contribute insights that can improve how students prepare for recruitment processes.

What We Look For

  • Strong quantitative and logical reasoning ability.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong research and information-verification skills.
  • Ability to evaluate whether an answer and solution approach are correct.
  • Ability to differentiate between easy, moderate, difficult, and advanced questions.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with structured datasets and spreadsheets.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of accuracy.

Preferred Backgrounds

Students from Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Commerce, or other analytical disciplines are encouraged to apply.

Prior experience in aptitude preparation, competitive examinations, educational content, assessment design, or question-bank development is an advantage.

Why This Role

You will work on building a structured assessment intelligence repository rather than simply producing generic educational content.

The work will involve research, validation, classification, analysis, and content architecture — providing exposure to how large-scale assessment and career-preparation resources are structured.

Ideal Candidate

Someone who naturally asks:

"Is this question actually correct?"

"Why is this considered difficult?"

"What concept is being tested?"

"Are there other variations of this question?"

If you enjoy breaking down problems and organizing information systematically, this role is for you.
