Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information with a high degree of empathy. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and ensure customer satisfaction. Learn and adapt to new product knowledge and service procedures. Requirements 0-1 years of experience in a customer-facing role or a strong desire to start a career in customer service. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated empathy and a customer-centric approach. Ability to work effectively in an in-office environment in Ranchi. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
