Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective customers through calls and other approved communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant products, services, or promotional offerings clearly.
- Maintain lead information, follow up consistently, and support conversion activities.
- Assist relationship managers with customer engagement and issue resolution.
- As a team leader trainee, help coordinate daily activities, share updates, and support team performance.
- Follow defined sales processes, meet activity goals, and provide regular progress reports.
Requirements
- Open to freshers and candidates with prior sales or customer-facing experience.
- Strong verbal communication, listening, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in IT sales, promotions, telecalling, relationship management, or team coordination.
- Comfort with targets, follow-ups, and working in an office-based environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and a positive, disciplined approach to learning.
