About the Role: Infinity Assurance is hiring a Computer Vision & AI Intern to support the development of AI-powered systems for document verification, fraud detection, and image analysis. The role involves working with an enterprise-grade end-to-end business management application that integrates functionalities such as Sales, Insurance Claims, Warranty Claims, Payments, HRMS, Client Management, and more. Interns will contribute to improving computer vision models and AI systems used in warranty, insurance, and identity workflows where precision and fraud prevention are critical. Key Responsibilities: Support the development of AI-powered verification and fraud detection systems Enhance computer vision models for forgery and fraud analysis Collaborate with engineers to debug and optimize model performance Explore image processing techniques such as noise reduction, blur handling, and frequency-domain analysis Work on Optical Character Recognition (OCR) pipelines using tools such as PaddleOCR for document text extraction Prepare, clean, and curate real-world image datasets Assist in debugging and performance optimization of models Document experiments, results, and technical findings Required Skills: Proficiency in Python, OpenCV, and YOLOv8 Basic knowledge of PyTorch or TensorFlow and Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) Knowledge of REST APIs and FastAPI Exposure to OCR, document processing, or facial analysis Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in AI & Machine Learning, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields Desired Candidate Profile: Passionate about AI, computer vision, and solving real-world problems Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of image forensics and fraud detection is a plus Comfortable working with noisy and imperfect datasets Good communication and teamwork skills Benefits: Opportunity to work on impactful projects with experienced professionals Exposure to real-world applications of computer vision in industry Flexible working environment Potential full-time opportunity based on performance Strong career growth prospects About us: We, Infinity Assurance Solutions Private Limited; a New Delhi-based portfolio company of Indian Angel Network, Aegis Centre for Entrepreneurship, Artha Venture Fund, and other marquee industry veterans.
